Sarah Yatchak

Sarah Yatchak, an attorney by trade and a franchising veteran of more than 25 years, began serving as Great Clips, Inc.'s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Recruiting Resources in January 2026. Prior to that, she held multiple roles with the company, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Legal & General Counsel.

Sarah's unique blend of practical business and legal acumen, along with her focus on relationship building, allows her to connect the people and ideas necessary to help ensure a sound environment for the continued growth of the Great Clips brand and profitability of its franchisees. She is known for her deep understanding of franchise relationship issues, having spent her first several years practicing with Dady & Gardner, where she exclusively litigated on behalf of franchisees. In addition, immediately prior to joining Great Clips, Inc., Sarah simultaneously held two business roles at Buffalo Wild Wings International, Inc., one of which was focused on change management related to business-impact initiatives and the other focused on strategic domestic expansion efforts. Over the course of her career, Sarah has authored several articles and spoken at various national and regional franchise events on business and legal topics.

Sarah received her J.D. with honors from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She enjoys being involved in causes that support children and families in her community and is particularly passionate about supporting the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery.
