Kerry Bundy

In her role as Chief Legal Officer, Kerry Bundy leads the company's legal, compliance and franchise administration teams, as well as leading efforts in government relations for the franchise industry. She is responsible for anticipating and managing risk while advancing the Great Clips brand and values.

Kerry joined Great Clips in 2023, bringing a deep background in franchise law and broad leadership experience with more than twenty years spent counseling and litigating on behalf of franchisors. She has a deep understanding of franchise systems and an appreciation for strong franchisor-franchisee relationships. Prior to joining Great Clips, Kerry was the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for United States Distilled Products, Co. and a partner and management board member at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. She has also held numerous leadership positions within the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and the International Franchise Association. In addition, Kerry is a national speaker and author on franchising.

Kerry obtained her law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Colorado State University. She serves on the board of directors for Wilderness Inquiry, and is a prior board member of Minneapolis Crisis Nursery and The Advocates of Human Rights. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys being active with her husband and two sons, whether at the cabin, in the mountains, or on the beach.
