Cheryl Wheeler

After moving to Minnesota from Pittsburgh, PA, Cheryl Wheeler began her career at Great Clips in 1992 as a salon manager. Executing salon operations from the ground up has shaped her hands-on approach in every role she has held since then, including as an Operations Specialist, Training and Service Representative, Operations Resource Manager, and most recently as Senior Director of Operations. Cheryl oversees franchisee operations support in many capacities, including through her leadership of the Operations Resources team, who create and distribute support materials for franchisees; and the growth of the New Franchisee Support (NFS) onboarding services.

Cheryl holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Minnesota School of Business and is a Certified Franchise Executive. In her free time, she loves to travel to Italy and enjoy music with her husband and son.
